1. The service

Groundify provides self-guided grounding exercises and AI-powered coaching for emotional support. It is not a medical or therapeutic service. We do not diagnose, treat, or provide clinical advice.

2. Who can use Groundify

You must be at least 16 years old to use Groundify. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Your account

Groundify is anonymous by default. You may optionally add a recovery email. You are responsible for keeping your device and passphrase secure. We are not liable for loss of access due to forgotten passphrases.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Groundify to provide medical advice to others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the AI systems.
• Upload illegal, harmful, or harassing content.
• Interfere with the service's security or availability.

5. Subscriptions & billing

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel anytime through your platform's subscription settings. No refunds for partial months unless required by law.

6. Intellectual property

Groundify and its content are owned by Groundify Ltd. You retain ownership of your session data. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Limitation of liability

Groundify is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes via the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of London.
