Community
Support, together.
Groundify is built on the belief that healing happens in connection. Here's how we foster a safe, respectful community.
Our community values
Compassion first
Every interaction starts from a place of kindness. We don't judge, diagnose, or minimise anyone's experience.
Privacy is sacred
Never share another person's story, screenshot sessions, or reveal identifying details. What's shared in Groundify stays in Groundify.
Listen more than you speak
The best support is often a validating reflection. We encourage active listening over unsolicited advice.
Respect every path
Recovery looks different for everyone. We honour diverse backgrounds, beliefs, and therapeutic approaches without pushing one way.
Peer support, not therapy
Community spaces are moderated by trained peer supporters, not licensed clinicians. They are wonderful for connection and validation, but they are not a substitute for professional care.
